From customer drawing to dispatched component

At Kailashpati Engineers, we follow a controlled manufacturing process to ensure consistent quality, dimensional accuracy, and reliable performance. Thirteen operations — each signed off before the next begins.

Operation SheetOp 0107
  1. 01

    Customer Drawing Review

We review customer drawings, specifications, material requirements, and quality standards.

  2. 02

    Pattern & Tooling Development

Wax patterns and tooling are prepared according to the approved design.

  3. 03

    Wax Injection

Molten wax is injected into precision dies to produce accurate wax patterns.

  4. 04

    Wax Pattern Assembly

Individual wax patterns are assembled onto a central runner to form a complete wax tree.

  5. 05

    Ceramic Shell Building

The wax assembly is repeatedly dipped into ceramic slurry and coated with refractory sand to build a strong ceramic shell.

  6. 06

    Dewaxing

The ceramic shell is heated to remove the wax, creating a precise mould cavity.

  7. 07

    Shell Firing

The ceramic shell is fired at high temperature to achieve the required strength and stability.

  1. 08

    Induction Melting & Pouring

The selected metal is melted in an induction furnace and poured into the preheated ceramic mould.

  2. 09

    Knockout & Fettling

After solidification, the ceramic shell is removed, and runners and gates are separated from the castings.

  3. 10

    Heat Treatment (If Required)

Components undergo heat treatment according to customer specifications.

  4. 11

    Shot Blasting & Cleaning

Castings are cleaned to remove any remaining ceramic material and improve surface finish.

  5. 12

    Machining

Precision machining is carried out to achieve the required dimensions and tolerances.

  6. 13

    Inspection & Quality Control

Each component is inspected for dimensional accuracy, visual quality, and compliance with customer specifications.

  7. 14

    Packing & Dispatch

Finished products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transportation and delivered on schedule.
